    Each month, usually in the first week of the month, the WRRC Board or Directors meets in an open meeting to review the business of the club in detail, with reports and discussion on upcoming events, open programs, membership status, and other matters being handled by officers or committees.

    All active members are invited to attend the open Board meetings to learn about the workings of the club, contribute fresh ideas, add constructive feedback, or otherwise jump into the active agenda for our club.

    You volunteerism is both encouraged and appreciated.

    Remember, this is YOUR club.

    P.S. If you would like to attend please RSVP for a given meeting by registering for the meeting and you will receive any automated emails on the location of the meeting once it has been determined.

    Come on out for an easy recovery run.  We meet in the WB parking lot at 5:45 pm for 4-5 miles.  Walkers welcome, doggies welcome, all paces welcome.  We are just that welcoming, aren't we! Always a beautiful day for a run.

    Meet at Whole Foods for a friendly group long run through any of an endless variety of comfortable routes. On the long run the group aims for about 10 miles with all paces encouraged to attend; some run less and some run more depending on personal objectives and training plans. Optional post-run hang out at Whole Foods with a favorite recovery beverage or snack!

    7am start from Whole Foods, 3804 Oleander Dr. parking lot.  Next to Independence Mall.  10 mile loop or out and back routes.  

    Clockwise routes odd months (Jan, Mar, May, Jul, Sep, Nov).  Counterclockwise even months (Feb, Apr, Jun, Aug, Oct, Dec).

    All paces welcome (4-6 miles, flexible) start at 6 PM.

    Meet at Waterline Brewery, under the Memorial Bridge at 721 Surry St. General route is around the downtown and waterfront area of Wilmington.

    • UNCW Greene Track & Field Complex, 601 S College
    Join us at the UNCW track on Thursday nights for intervals.  All speeds and abilities welcome so don't be shy!  And you can do part of the workout and take extra rest if needed.  The workout is coordinated by David Flory dflory@ec.rr.com and includes a warm up, interval set and cool down.  Sets vary weekly between 400s, 800s, 1200s and 1600s. We also include a ladder workout in the rotation.  

    Daylight Saving Time start changes to 6:30 PM on March 24 through November 3, 2016
